How to make a claim
In the event that you need to make a claim, simply call the Premier Marine Insurance claims team on: +44 (0) 151 473 8088 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.

We will then talk through the details of your claim and the next steps to guide you through the process to settlement. There are no claim forms to fill in, only a Statement of Fact form which is completed by your claim handler over the telephone at the time of the notification of the claim. You'll then receive a completed claim form for your records via email.
Premier Marine Insurance Claims Promise
In line with our service pledge, we will act within 24 hours of being notified of your claim and within five days if you provide us with new information on an existing claim. Most importantly, when your claim is settled we will ensure speedy payment by BACS directly into your bank account or by CHAPS to the supplier.
